UNCG Campus Community,

On Wednesday, March 25, from 3-4 p.m., NEW TIME 4 p.m., a virtual town hall forum with UNC Greensboro Chancellor Franklin D. Gilliam, Jr. and Provost Dana Dunn will be hosted by the Faculty and Staff Senates. The town hall will be held online only, and can be accessed in the Faculty Senate’s virtual meeting room located at uncg.webex.com/meet/facsen. Instructions on using Webex are found below, as well as instructions for participating by phone.

In preparation for the forum, you can submit questions for the Chancellor and Provost here through 9 a.m. Monday, March 23. All entries are confidential and anonymous.

The Chancellor and Provost will spend the first half of the forum addressing the most pressing questions from faculty and staff, and then open it up for general Q & A. The session will be recorded and posted on both senate websites. Here is the agenda.

There are two options to join the forum:

  1. Attend via video conference: uncg.webex.com/meet/facsen (User Guide Text Version). You can use chat, video, and audio (please remain muted at all times unless recognized by the floor). It is recommended that you test access at least 30 minutes before the town hall. You will automatically be muted upon entry. Two moderators will be standing by via chat to assist you with any questions or concerns once you enter. During the forum, it advised that you submit questions via chat to the moderators.
  2. Attend by calling in: Dial 415.655.0002, then enter access code 801 035 104.
