After a tragic 2018 apartment fire in Greensboro, many immigrants and refugees there needed support securing new places to live. UNCG’s Center for New North Carolinians (CNNC) helped. Student interns made a huge impact, and at the end of the 2018-2019 school year they organized the first CNNC Intern Symposium.
