UNCG Campus Weekly

Campus Weekly is published each Wednesday when classes are in session. In the summer, it is published biweekly.

‘Would MLK Come to MLK Day?’

That is the question posed at today’s (Jan. 27) Food for Thought offering at the Faculty Center. These sessions are open to anyone on campus each Wednesday at noon.

Dr. Thomas Jackson of the History Department will lead a discussion about the work and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and the ways that we honor him today. Jackson is the author of From Civil Rights to Human Rights: Martin Luther King, Jr., and the Struggle for Economic Justice (2009).
