Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less

HealthyUNCG is sponsoring a new program on campus: Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less.

This weight management program is designed to help people live mindfully as they make choices about eating and physical activity.

It uses strategies shown to work. Each lesson informs, empowers and motivates participants to live mindfully as they make choices about eating and physical activity.

Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less is a program that reportedly will help interested faculty and staff members:

  • Explore behaviors that help you achieve and maintain a healthy weight.
  • Identify strategies to help you eat smart and move more.
  • Show you how living mindfully can help you achieve and maintain a healthy weight.
  • Help you create new, lifelong habits.

The next session will be Friday, Sept. 17, in the HRS Training Room, Bryan 113.
