Aiming to drive online enrollment growth

051811NewsAndNotes_OnlineAdIn early May, the Office of Online Learning launched an integrated “UNCG Online” marketing campaign to boost awareness of all UNCG online programs. The campaign is focused on availability and quality of online learning at UNCG.

The messaging of the campaign is geared toward three distinct audiences with different motivations for pursuing an education online.

  • Someone who for whatever reason never finished a bachelor’s degree and wants to gain that sense of accomplishment.
  • Someone who already has a degree and wants to build their resume and advance their career.
  • Someone who also has a degree but wants to go back to school for personal growth and enrichment.

The campaign will include a wide array of media, says Jaap-Jan VanDuin (DCL). The campaigns mainly target the Triad, Triangle and Charlotte markets.
