Gerontology lunch-and-learns

Gerontology is a very important part of UNCG’s health-and-wellness work, and monthly lunch-and-learns help foster interdisciplinary research and transformational impact.

The UNCG Gerontology Research, Outreach, Workforce, & Teaching Hub (GROWTH) presents the lunch-and-learn each month, for all at UNCG interested in Gerontology research and topics.

The events are sponsored by the UNCG Gerontology Program & the UNCG School of Health and Human Sciences.

The next lunch and learn will be Thursday, February 14, 12:30 – 2 p.m., UNCG’s Stone Building, Edwards Lounge.

The topic this month will be “Feasibility, Validity, and Acceptability of a Physical Activity Ecological Momentary Assessment Study Among Minority Older Adults.”

It will be led by Dr. Laurie Kennedy-Malone and Dr. Jaclyn Maher.

Seating is limited. To RSVP visit this Google form by February 7.
