Rhonda v. Magee Masterclass: Contemplative Leadership, Solidarity, and Beloved Community in Uncertain Times
@
In a time of rapid change, relentless pressure, and growing uncertainty — for our institutions, our students, our democracy, and our planet — what does it mean to lead with wholeness? To teach with presence? To build a community that can strengthen us in the face of all of our real and perceived differences? This masterclass invites students, faculty, and emerging leaders to step into a living laboratory of contemplative practice and collective inquiry. Drawing on contemplative practices developed over decades for application in classrooms and workplaces across a range of disciplines, we will explore mindfulness not as a private retreat from the world, but as a radical, relational, and deeply human practice — one that equips us to lead, teach, and build Beloved Community in these demanding times.
